Hi Stars!

I have uploaded the new fanzine called How to Dug the Pain. 

It's funny the times you feel like you're coming out of this state, but then again the toxic and limiting thoughts get in and you have to start over.

When was the first time I felt this way? 

When I wake up late or go to sleep early to take a break from this feeling.

Sometimes you think you're coping with it, but really it's in the back of your mind.

These illustrations are a manifesto of the situation when the pain pushes you down and you stand up again.
